How We Work

What happens after
you send an enquiry

The steps from your first message to the delivery record, and what we need from you at each one.

01

Send the details

Send the origin, destination, cargo description, dimensions and weights, and the date it is needed. For a port call, send the vessel particulars, ETA and required services.

Enquiry received
02

Agree the route and scope

We check the routing, handling, documents and the onward connection, then send a quotation that sets out the service.

03

Prepare before departure

We line up suppliers, permits and shipping documents before loading, and confirm the receiving contact and any limits on island access.

Cargo and documents ready
04

Move the cargo

We handle origin loading, the sea or air leg, clearance at Malé and the atoll transfer. Tell your coordinator when requirements change.

05

Complete the delivery

We deliver onto your island and take signed proof of delivery there. For reefer cargo, the delivery note comes with the temperature log.

What to include
in an enquiry

With these details, the team can quote the whole route, including the island leg.

  • What you are moving
  • Where it starts and where it needs to go
  • Quantity, weight and dimensions
  • When it is ready and when it is needed
  • Temperature, handling or access requirements

Tell us what you are moving
and we will tell you how it runs

No sales call. You get an operations person who knows the lane, usually the same day.
